退款政策

DAMAGED, SPOILED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS RECEIVED

We take care in packing your orders to prevent them from getting damaged during transit. If in an unfortunate incident that you received damaged or spoiled products, we will take it seriously and work with you on a refund arrangement. The same arrangement will be enforced if you receive products that do not match what you have ordered. Please help us by letting us know of any damaged, spoiled or incorrect products received within 7 working days by reaching us at the contact@snackfirst.com.

CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your orders, please do it within 24 hours after your order has been confirmed. However if the product is already shipped before cancellation, we cannot process your refund anymore. Do help us improve our service by letting us know your reason for cancellation at contact@snackfirst.com.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

We regret to inform that we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss as a result of shipments being returned to the freight location or being undeliverable as a result of incorrect address information you supplied to us. We understand the frustration in not receiving your purchase and we will definitely to set you up for an express delivery on your next purchase.

SHIPPING / NON-DELIVERY

We work with reliable third party providers to ship your orders. We seek your understanding for shipment delays during peak seasons and/or big promotional activities, for example Christmas, Chinese New Year, 11.11, 12.12 etc. As such, for courier deliveries where you have the tracking number, please treat the estimated delivery date provided by the third party providers as a guideline and not a definite. If you have an absolute date that your purchase must be delivered, please contact us directly and have an agreement with us before making your order.

If you have not received your items within 7 working days after you have been notified that your purchase is shipped, please contact us immediately at contact@snackfirst.com and we shall trace and expedite the shipment with our partners.

We hold high standards for our shipment time and shall refund orders that are not received within 30 calendar days after it is shipped.
