Victoria Beckham, Jennifer Aniston, Supermodel Heidi Klum, Jennifer Hudson, Kate Hudson. What do all of them have in common?
They love to eat nuts.
Go ahead, google it and you can find their preferred snacks. Raw almonds are their favourite and it is also one of their tips to maintain a good figure.
They also like to take:
1) Avocado - A great source of good fats, dietary fiber and a wide range of vitamins such as Vitamin K, B6, E, and C. Definitely nutritious!
2) Edamame - Not just having low calories and carbohydrates, it also has Vitamins A, C, dietary fiber, protein, and zinc. A great choice but actually sunflower seeds and many others contain more nutrients than edamame.
3) Salmon - Omega 3 fatty acid helps keep your face moisturized. Eating walnuts can also give you Omega 3!
4) Coconut water - Super hydrating with lots of electrolytes and low in calories, it even aids in digestion. Our favourite too!
Just remember, eating right contributes much more to weight management than more exercises. Your complexion and figure, and most importantly your family, will thank you for eating right.
If we can't look like these gorgeous celebrities, the most we can do is to emulate their diet!
